Write-in candidate wins Select Board seat in Sheffield

According to town officials, 26 percent of the town's registered voters turned out for the Sheffield municipal election.

Sheffield — The following are the unofficial results of the municipal elections held on Monday, May 12, as provided by Administrative Assistant to the Town Clerk Nicole Parker.

Select Board
Write-in candidate Patrick Silk: 406 votes (winner)
Rene Wood: 255 votes

Town Moderator
Julie Hannum: 592 votes

Planning Board – two seats
Cole Andrew Bushnell: 505 votes
Peter David Dumont: 494 votes

Library Trustee
Pat Levine: 556 votes

Total registered voters: 2,674 voters
Total ballots cast 691 votes
