Massachusetts should pull out of its 287(g) agreement

Massachusetts is the only blue state that has the 287(g) contract on the books. Gov. Maura Healey could stop this with a stroke of the pen rather than let the clock tick by for legislation to be enacted while ICE is taking people away.
