Berkshire Art Association’s annual Art Party to be held online

Pittsfield — Berkshire Art Association (BAA) will host its annual Real Art Party (RAP) auction fundraiser, virtually, on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021. The event benefits Berkshire County students through BAA fellowship scholarships, field trips to Berkshire educational art departments, free admission for students to the Berkshire Museum, art supplies for students and teachers, and more.

Admission to the event is free, but a $25 ARTtix guarantees the buyer a 10×10 inch original work of art by an artist from the Berkshires or beyond. ARTtix may be purchased on the Berkshire Museum website through the night of the event or until tickets are sold out. Register at this link to be a viewer only.

The virtual show opens at 6 p.m. and the auction drawing begins at 7 p.m. Tickets will be selected in random order, and the bearer will be able to choose any work of art still in the virtual gallery.
