"When I look at the Berkshires at large, I see a ton of potential," said Berkshire Boulders co-owner Nick Friedman. "There are certain forms of outdoor recreation in the Berkshires that remain underrepresented, and there's a real opportunity on the table to bring better representation to these sports."
Roberta Hareld's talk at Ventfort Hall is presented in conjunction with an exhibit that portrays the lives of Civil War hero Col. Robert Gould Shaw and his bride, Annie Haggerty, whose family owned Ventfort, the home at which the two spent their brief honeymoon.
