"When I look at the Berkshires at large, I see a ton of potential," said Berkshire Boulders co-owner Nick Friedman. "There are certain forms of outdoor recreation in the Berkshires that remain underrepresented, and there's a real opportunity on the table to bring better representation to these sports."
His later work focused on programs directed to broadening the participation of women, underrepresented minorities, and persons with disabilities in STEM fields.
