Southern Berkshire Regional School District faces tough budget choices as town assessments could rise by 18 percent

With town assessments potentially rising by as much as 18 percent, residents and officials pushed back on Superintendent Brian Ricca's proposed fiscal 2027 budget options and criticized him for presenting it without line items.

Tom passed on his love of hockey to his children who faithfully joined him on rinks too numerous to count and, over two decades, coached dozens of school and travel soccer and hockey teams.
