Marilyn Bailey, 84, of Copake, New York

Marilyn, along with her husband, Frank, worked and camped at Prospect Lake Park in North Egremont for over 30 years.

Marilyn M. Bailey, otherwise known as “Gram,” passed away Aug. 9, 2018, at Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, at the age of 84.

Born June 29, 1934, in Carmel, she was the daughter of Herbert and Agnes Bennett Adams. Marilyn, along with her husband, Frank, worked and camped at Prospect Lake Park in North Egremont, Massachusetts, for over 30 years. She was a volunteer member of the local performing group the Earth Angels, and a homemaker. Marilyn will always be remembered for her sense of humor, her wonderful smile and her love of family.

Marilyn is survived by her loving children Nadine Foster and husband Bill of Great Barrington, Massachusetts; and Tom Bailey of Hillsdale. She also leaves her grandchildren Shannon, Jay, Frankie and Max, whom she cherished, along with her great grandchildren Luke, Ava, Lily and Lucy. Marilyn also leaves her brother Pete Adams of Carmel. She was predeceased by her husband, her parents and her nine siblings.

Funeral arrangements for the late Marilyn Bailey are private. A graveside service for Stephen Joseph Tynan will be held on Thursday, March 19, at 10 a.m. in Saint Peter’s Cemetery, with Reverend William P. Murphy, pastor, officiating. Family will receive friends at a calling hour from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Birches-Roy Funeral Home.

Candace Gerard, 80, formerly of Great Barrington

Funeral services for Candace Gerard will be held on Friday March 20, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Birches-Roy Funeral Home, with Reverend William P. Murphy officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 20, from 9 to 10 a.m.

Thomas B. Finn Jr., 75, of Pembroke, Mass.

A celebration of life will be held in his honor on March 28 at Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, Mass.
