Calling all women! Want to learn proper form and technique for some of the best lifts to build strength, reduce body fat, boost metabolism, and improve overall health? Join our instructional program and witness the progress you can make in just six weeks.
This course focuses on the three essential lifts—barbell back squat, bench press, and deadlift—along with complementary exercises to round out your workout. Designed for beginners of all abilities, this program includes access to our new InBody Body Composition Analyzer, so you can track your progress and see the impact of strength training just two days a week!
