Much of the time, we are trying to solve our problems through thinking, and we can sometimes get stuck in our heads. When we slow down and listen to the body, often we find many of the answers we are seeking.

Move Breathe Feel is an opportunity to connect to the wisdom of your body through Somatic Breathwork and gentle movement in a supported group setting.
