Anthony ‘Tony’ Borelli, 75, of Sheffield

In lieu of calling hours, his family asks people to take that time to share a special moment with their loved ones.

Anthony “Tony” Francis Borelli, 75, of Sheffield passed away at Albany Medical Center Oct. 19. He was born in Newark, New Jersey, April 5, 1942, the son of Antonio and Theresa Picardi Borelli. Tony is survived by his wife, Patricia Dupont Borelli; along with his sister Lola Borelli; his children Anthony and Rick Borelli and Sonja Rogers; four grandchildren; and four nieces and nephews. He also leaves his stepchildren Leon and Brian Litchfield and Brandi Page and their families. Besides his parents, Tony was predeceased by his brother Rudy Borelli and his sister Amelia Borelli.

Per Tony’s request, there will be no public calling hours or services. In lieu of this, his family asks people to take that time to share a special moment with their loved ones. Birches-Roy Funeral Home, 33 South St., Great Barrington is entrusted with arrangements. Condolences may be made through birchesroyfuneralservices.com.

Candace Gerard, 80, formerly of Great Barrington

Funeral services for Candace Gerard will be held on Friday March 20, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Birches-Roy Funeral Home, with Reverend William P. Murphy officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 20, from 9 to 10 a.m.

Thomas B. Finn Jr., 75, of Pembroke, Mass.

A celebration of life will be held in his honor on March 28 at Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, Mass.

Laurie Platt Winfrey Shnayerson, 83, of Hillsdale, N.Y.

The family plans a private memorial and asks that donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Roeliff Jansen Community Library.
