Kathleen S. Rosier, 92, of Ashley Falls, passed away peacefully with her children by her bedside on February 5, 2026, at Fairview Commons in Great Barrington. She was born on October 31, 1933, in East Canaan, Conn. She was the daughter of Carlton and Carrie (Jerome) Nott.
Kathleen was educated in local schools and worked for many years at Housatonic Curtain Co. She was a communicant of the United Methodist Church in Ashley Falls. She enjoyed camping, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Kathleen’s husband of 65 years, John A. Rosier Sr., predeceased her on March 2, 2018. She was predeceased by two sons, John A Rosier Jr. in 2022 and Frank H Rosier in 2023. Kathleen is survived by her son Brian Rosier (JoEllen) of East Canaan, Conn., and two daughters, Lisa Dawson of Great Barrington and Theresa Morin of Ashley Falls. She is also survived by her brother Henry Nott and sister Ann Percy. She leaves behind 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held in Kathleen’s honor at the Bitterman Center in Canaan, Conn., on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 1 to 4 p.m. All are welcome.
