Win Big on Small Business Saturday!

The Edge urges you to shop "local" in the Berkshires on Saturday, November 24.

Psst. Pass this along. You can enter to win generous shopping sprees in three towns while doing the good thing of supporting your local merchants. This is what we call doing well by doing good!

The Berkshire Edge has organized “Shop Local” drawings in Great Barrington, Pittsfield and Lenox for Saturday, November 24, also known as Small Business Saturday. Participating businesses in each town have contributed $25 gift certificates. Shoppers who visit at least ten shops in any town will be entered into the drawing for all the gift certificates. Winners will walk away with collections of gift certificates worth $250 to $500.

As the holiday shopping season kicks off, we at The Edge encourage you to shop local and support your hometown merchants. You will find interesting and often unique items in your local non-chain shops. And don’t you agree that shopping is much more fun when you can see, feel and even try on your purchase before buying? Doesn’t that beat just moving your mouse and having to wait for delivery? Besides, many of these local shops are also offering great discounts this weekend.

Click below on the name of the town you’d like to visit. You will be taken to a landing page where you can download and print an entry form. Just visit local shops on Saturday, and have the merchants validate your visit. Then send the completed forms to The Edge.
