William ‘Bill’ Kelly, 49, of New Marlborough

He studied sound engineering at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, thereafter working at the Bitter End and Crash Mansion in the West Village of New York.

William Paul “Bill” Kelly, 49, of New Marlborough died Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. Bill was born April 24, 1970, in Brooklyn, New York, son of Matthew and Barbara (Lake) Kelly. Bill graduated from Xavier High School in New York and attended Fordham University in New York, studied sound engineering at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, thereafter working at the Bitter End and Crash Mansion in the West Village of New York.

Bill is survived by his parents, Matthew and Barbara (Lake) Kelly of New Marlborough; two brothers: Matthew Kelly of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and Christopher Kelly of Southfield; and sisters Maureen Smith of Buffalo, New York, and Catharine Milbouer of Brooklyn, New York. Bill was predeceased by sister Eileen Mary Kelly.

Funeral services for William Paul “Bill” Kelly will be held Thursday, Jan. 16, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Valley Church in Sheffield with Rev. Peter Naranjo officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, Jan. 16, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME, 33 South St., Great Barrington, MA 01230.
