Vivian G. Pikett of Dalton

Vivian G. Pikett entered her eternal rest surrounded by her loving family. She grew up in East Aurora, N.Y

Vivian’s husband William H Pikett predeceased her five years ago. They made their home in Dalton for more than 30 years. Although her career was in nursing, her greatest accomplishment was raising six children.

Vivian is survived by Suzanne of Pittsfield; Will (Sandra) of Poetry, Texas; Betsy (Tom) of Pittsfield; Nancy (Tim) of Auburn Ala.; David (Cheri) of Summerfield, N.C.; Daniel of Goshen, Mass.; 15 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. The family will miss her kind heart and good deeds.

The family of Anthony E. Menard will receive friends on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home in Great Barrington. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 2 p.m., at the funeral home, conducted by Rev. Charles VanAusdall.

John H. Pirzl, 67, of Dalton

A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 10 a.m., at St. Ann Church with Monsignor John Bonzagni officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Pittsfield.
