Two of the most admired piano trios in the repertoire—one intense and biting, the other expansive and lyrical—anchor Sunday’s chamber music program at Saint James Place.
Directed by Travis Daly with music direction by Erin M. White and choreography by Kathy Jo Grover, the production features more than 100 Berkshire-area students.
Speakers Leah Penniman and Ed Whitfield are doing work that builds on Du Bois’ legacy — his commitment to black economic development, cooperative structures and fair access to land.
Attendees of the Sweet Berkshire fundraiser will be able to bid on desserts donated by Dottie’s Coffee Lounge, Haven Cafe and Bakery, Wheatleigh, Canyon Ranch, Patisserie Lenox, Barrington Brewery, Taft Farms and other area food producers.
