Close Encounters With Music will kick off its 2019-20 season Sunday, Oct. 27, with the American premiere of Andre Hajdu’s ‘Kohelet’ for four cellos narrated by film, stage and television actor Sam Waterston.

SoupFest incorporates soup tastings, appetizers, desserts, a cash bar, a silent auction and raffles with all proceeds given to area soup kitchens and food pantries.

The Lichtenstein Center for the Arts will present artworks by Soldier On’s Veterans Community Arts Initiative, which engages homeless veterans in the arts to promote healing and expand their support networks.
