The principal assessor and the tax collector are both working with new software, and some of the bills may have some idiosyncrasies that bear explanation, but also may contain errors.
The event will also mark the launch of the Music Inn book project, which aims to produce a physical interpretation of the digital archives including stories, clippings, memorabilia and images.
"From Madness to Music" illustrates the power of music to bring people, particularly young people and those living in conflict regions, together on common ground.
