“In a polycrisis world, big changes are coming, but out of chaos comes opportunity,” commencement speaker and 2001 Simon's Rock graduate Chloe Demrovsky told the graduates. “It is essential to stay curious, keep learning, and figure out how to be useful."
The idea for the summit grew out of a discussion held earlier in the school year on the question “Engaging Green Youth: How can children make a difference in saving Planet Earth?”
In her talk, Caryl Clark will provide a window into the breadth and greatness of Haydn’s work: his music as well as the changing social, cultural and political spheres in which he studied and worked.
