James frequented the James A. Modolo Post #8348, enjoyed participating in the shoots at the Great Barrington Fish and Game, playing horseshoes, attending his children's sporting events as they grew up and was an avid Red Sox fan.

Robert Guidi, 95, of Lee

Bob was appointed by the Governor to work on land acquisitions including ones for construction of the Massachusetts Turnpike. He applied his expertise as a member of the team to build Monument Mountain Regional High School.

Henry A. ‘Bud’ Lawrence Jr., 86, of Great Barrington

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, with the 209 Military Police Company in the Far East.
