Wesley VanAlstyne, 86, of Sun City West, Ariz., formerly of Lenox

Mr. VanAlstyne began working at General Electric upon graduation from high school, and worked there for 39 years, retiring in 1989.

Donald Rider Wood Jr., 75, of West Stockbridge

He was a founding member of the Stockbridge Sportsmen’s Club and enjoyed anything outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and teaching his grandchildren the lost art of living off the land.

After high school, Anne worked as a transcriptionist for General Electric until she became a homemaker to her two loving children.

Jan Pedersen, 93, of Stockbridge

After retiring, Jan continued his woodworking interests, served as a volunteer Stockbridge firefighter, volunteered as a videographer for local cable television and was a member of the Lion’s Club.

John Adams Miller, 97, of Stockbridge

John was a volunteer fireman with the Glendale Fire Company from 1946 until his passing with 72 years of membership and service and was also a member of the Berkshire County Forest Wardens.
