Kay greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, ballroom dancing with her husband and being a communicant and volunteer of St. Ann Church.
Established in 1976 through a collaborative effort between the Massachusetts Senate and the University of Massachusetts, the two-day Citizens' Legislative Seminar features presentations by Senators and staff on aspects of the day-to-day experience of legislators in the Commonwealth.
