Adolf was born in Gauting, Germany, on January 8, 1924, son to Johann and Rosa (Stadler) Knott. He received his Associates Degree from Newark College of Engineering. Adolf worked for many years as an engineer.

Marie A. Rigodanzo, 91, of Housatonic

Marie worked for fifteen years in the shipping/receiving department at the Marian Fathers in Stockbridge before retiring in 1986. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society of Corpus Christi Church in Housatonic.

Virginia M. Palfini, 90, of New Marlborough

She was very involved in her church, Immaculate Conception in New Marlborough where she was a member of the Willing Workers and for many years devoted her time to keeping all the Altar linens clean and pressed.

Helen L. Soldati, 89, of Great Barrington

Helen attended local schools and was a graduate of the former Searles High School class of 1943. She worked as a secretary at Home Gas in Housatonic.
