Vermont education leader, Amy Rex, chosen to be Monument’s new principal

Rex told a panel of Monument educators and community leaders she had become an administrator after years of teaching because “I was frustrated with the decisions administrators were making or the way they interacted with the faculty and the kids.”

Veronica DiFederico Harrington, 88, of Lee, educator and realtor

She had an antique shop in Lenox during the 1980s, and also worked for Charles Flint Antiques in Lenox. She later worked in real estate for 12 years as a realtor for the former Reinholt Real Estate in Lenox.
