Both Wiggins and Warren were arrested on the morning of December 11 and released on conditions following an initial appearance in federal court in Springfield.
There are handbooks on becoming a dictator. You have to have the taste for it and the talent but, if you do: create an oligarchy, encourage thuggery, undermine checks and balances and silence the press.
Silencing the press may be difficult, but why bother? Just challenge everything reported as fake and untrue. The stations aren't silenced, but no one is listening.
