“People are worried, and they are scared,” said Berkshire Bounty Director of Development Sara Haimowitz. “Food insecurity was already a growing issue in Berkshire County, and I don’t think that this will change anytime soon. The numbers of people who are in need continue to rise.”
The panel will share information about the variety of services and support they are providing and the ways in which businesses can prepare and apply for the available resource pools.
According to the complaint, Kurt DeGrenier had voiced concerns that his son, now in 10th grade at Mount Everett, was not receiving the services and accommodations set forth in his individualized educational program, a plan developed to ensure that a child with an identified disability receives specialized instruction and related services.
In accordance with Mass Cultural Council guidelines, a deadline of Tuesday, Oct. 15, has been set for organizations, schools and individuals to apply for grants for 2020 that support cultural activities in the community.
