"I am overjoyed and kind of surprised with my accomplishment getting into All-State and feeling very honored," said Monument Mountain senior Audrey Allard. "I'm super excited to perform alongside so many talented singers across the state in March.”

In his letter to the editor, James Weber writes: “The Great Barrington airport is insular, unapproachable and unaffordable by the vast majority of residents of the Berkshires.”
Among other research, the EPA’s findings indicate that where there are small, piston-engine aircraft operating, there is an increase in lead concentrations in air. The FAA says it, along with the EPA, is working to stop the use of lead in the fuel, and backing research to come up with alternatives.
