Sundays in the Park: Free live music, take-out brunch in Lee

Bring a chair, grab some food from our local restaurants or bring your own picnic, and have a seat to listen to the beats of the local musicians.

Lee — The Lee Cultural Council and the Starving Artist Café is presenting “Sundays in the Park,” from 11:30 a.m to 1:30 p.m., starting Sunday July 4 and running through Sunday, August 29, in front of the First Congregational Church in the Town park. Concert will be held “sprinkle or shine.”

Here’s the lineup:

July 4 Marylou Ferrante (old-time multi-instrumentalist)/Robin O’Herin (Delta and Piedmont blues and gospel.

July 11 Orb Mellon Trio (Dave Robins/Jack Waldheim)

July 18 Lisa and Fran Manderville (original folk)/Janet Barker Ryan (rockin’ blues)

July 25 Paul Sticca and Acoustica (trio)

August 1 Joel Blumert (acoustic blues)/Steve Adams (original folk)

August 8 Alan Monach (original keyboard)/Linda Worster (soothing guitar and originals)

August 15 Sparkle Allison (singer/songwriter)/Eva Cappelli (bluesy singer/songwriter)

August 22 Bernadette McMahon (ukulele)/JoAnne Lurgio (singer/songwriter)

August 29 Paula Bradley — Moonshine Holler (old-time music)/Damon Reeves (blues and originals)

Bring a chair, grab some food from our local restaurants or bring your own picnic, and have a seat to listen to the beats of the local musicians performing their free concerts in the park.

All performers have been vaccinated. Social distancing is encouraged.
