Stabbing incident in Pittsfield leaves 29-year-old man injured

The victim, a Pittsfield resident, is expected to survive his injuries.

Pittsfield — The city’s Police Department is looking for suspects in a stabbing incident that took place on Saturday, July 20.
According to a press release written by Lieutenant John Soules, at around 9:42 p.m. on July 20, members of the department were dispatched to the area of Boylston Street for a reported fight.
The officers arrived to find a male victim, 29, who had sustained several lacerations.
The resident was transported to Berkshire Medical Center for his injuries.
At last report, he was in stable condition and is expected to survive his wounds.
The department is looking for information on the case and is asking anyone with information to call Detective Goodrich at 413-448-9705 ext. 554.
