Ryan Patrick Babcock, 38, of Housatonic, died Tuesday, June 11, 2024 in Pittsfield. Ryan was born in Pittsfield on June 22, 1985, the son of Kenneth Babcock and Deborah (Smith) Babcock. He was a graduate of Monument Mountain Regional High School.
Ryan is survived by his mother Deborah (Smith) Babcock; his father Kenneth “Babbs” Babcock; his son Brayden Nowabilski; his three brothers, Shane Babcock, Jeremy Babcock, and Justin Babcock; his sister Meghan Babcock; and his five nieces and nephews, Kayla, Trevin, Emma, Jacob, and Lucas.
A celebration of Ryan’s life will be held on Friday, June 21, from 2 to 6 p.m., at the James A. Modolo Post in Great Barrington. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Ryan’s memory may be made to the Brayden Nowabilski Scholarship Fund in care of Birches-Roy Funeral Home, 33 South St., Great Barrington, MA 01230.
