Richard Paul Tribula, 75, of East Otis  

He worked as a sales representative for Deblinger Sales and after retiring ran Witek’s Sporting Goods Store in Westfield. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

East Otis — Richard Paul Tribula, 75, of East Otis, Mass., passed away on December 12, 2014. Born in Westfield, Mass., he was the son of the late Edward and Barbara (Tysz) Tribula.

He attended Westfield schools and after graduating joined the Marines in 1958. He worked as a sales representative for Deblinger Sales and after retiring ran Witek’s Sporting Goods Store in Westfield. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by daughters Khristinia Moretz, Sherri Tribula and Corey Tribula; grandchildren Timothy, Tyler and Michelle; brothers Edward and Robert; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are being held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 from 1 to 3 p.m., with a prayer service to follow at the Birches-Roy Funeral Home, 33 South St., in Great Barrington, Mass. Condolences may be made through birchesroyfuneralservices.com.

A small, intimate gathering for close family and friends will be held at Birches-Roy Funeral Home on Monday March 9, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. A private burial will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home on Monday, March 9, from 5 to 7 p.m. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Great Barrington. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Dr. Stephen Kaufman, 81, of Eliot, Maine

The funeral will take place at Dewey Hall in Sheffield on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 11 a.m., followed immediately by internment at Ahavath Sholom Cemetery in Great Barrington. A livestream of the funeral service will be available.
