Dumb as a Rock

(December 7 Trump tweet re Rex Tillerson)

It’s easy to insult those who keep their counsel,

who’ve been around, almost from the beginning,

like rocks,

and have a tale to tell — for those who can read.

So, like, when was the last time you read a book,

Donaldo?

And would it be rude to ask what unread books

you plan to put on the shelves of an oxymoronic

Trump Library?

Allow me to suggest that you exhibit a collection

of divots you have dug on greens and fairways

world wide.

Such a collection would accord with your values:

you liked digging up dirt on others, and always

soiled yourself.
