      That’s exactly how it works in GB. Rich gentlemen and lady farmers pay a lot less property taxes than the common family and businesses. 36% of the property owners pay full rate. Imagine all the students that are getting shortchanges and meals poor seniors are not getting? The leaders in GB love Animal House.
