MassDOT: No fuel at Westborough service plaza on Mass Pike

Westborough — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has announced that its vendor is installing new fuel tanks at the service plaza used by travelers on the Massachusetts Turnpike/Interstate 90 westbound in Westborough.

As a result of fuel tank removal and new tank installations, motorists will be unable to refuel with gasoline or diesel at this location for approximately four weeks. The next fueling opportunity on I-90 westbound is approximately 8 miles away.

Signage is in place to notify drivers of this impact, including roadside messages on I-90 westbound in Framingham indicating “No Fuel 38 Miles.” Other amenities at the location including food and restrooms will continue to be available.
