Great Barrington — Erik W. Ball, 24, of Craryville, New York, was arrested and charged with a count of indecent exposure, and a separate count of lewdness, open and gross.
Back on Wednesday, April 10, the department published a Facebook post that they were seeking to identify a male party for a reported incident involving indecent exposure that occurred at the Dollar Tree in the Barrington Plaza.
According to the department, as a result of the complaint Sergeant Timothy Ullrich conducted an investigation.
The department cites social media and other investigative tools in helping Sgt. Ullrich to identify Ball and establish probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant.
Ball turned himself in to the department on Thursday, April 18.
According to the press release, Ball will be arraigned on the charges at Southern Berkshire District Court.
