‘Mrs. Christie’ is a brilliant, creative treat

In a letter to the editor, Richard Sherman writes, "The story mixed humor, drama and 'whodunit' perfectly and resulted in a well-deserved and rousing standing ovation."

To the editor:

My wife and I drove from Cape Cod to Dorset, Vermont, last weekend for a brief getaway and had a terrific visit, capped off by seeing “Mrs. Christie” at the Dorset Theatre Festival. What a treat!

The show was brilliant, creative, fast-moving and very interesting, and all members of this talented cast nailed their roles. The story mixed humor, drama and “whodunit” perfectly and resulted in a well-deserved and rousing standing ovation.

I highly recommend this outstanding production. We are delighted that we discovered Dorset and its theater and we will be back!
