LEE, BECKET — Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) crews will be conducting bridge and guardrail repair operations at specific locations on Interstate 90, eastbound and westbound, in Lee and Becket. The work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. Monday, July 19 and will conclude at 5 a.m. on Friday, July 23.
The work will require intermittent lane closures, but travel will be maintained on I-90 through the work zones at all times. The locations and schedules for lane closures are as follows:
Bridge repair operations will be conducted on I-90 westbound at mile marker 10.6 on Monday, July 19, from 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
Guardrail repair operations will be conducted on I-90 westbound from mile marker 16.5 to mile marker 13 Monday, July 19–Thursday, July 22, from 7 p.m.–5 a.m.
Drivers who are traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution. All scheduled work is weather dependent and/or may be impacted due to an emergency.
