Becket, West Stockbridge, and Stockbridge — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will be conducting nighttime construction operations on I-90 east- and westbound for bridge painting, bridge repair work, and guardrail work, from Monday, December 2, through Friday, December 6, during the following scheduled hours.
Becket
Bridge painting will be conducted on I-90 westbound at mile marker 18.4, utilizing lane closures, from Monday night, December 2, through Thursday night, December 5, ending Friday morning, December 6, from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
West Stockbridge and Stockbridge
Bridge repair work will take place on I-90 eastbound from mile marker 3.9 to mile marker 6.5, utilizing lane closures, on Monday night, December 2, ending Tuesday morning, December 3, from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Guardrail work will be conducted on I-90 westbound from mile marker 1.0 to mile marker 3.0, utilizing lane closures, from Monday night, December 2, through Thursday night, December 5, ending Friday morning, December 6, from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Bridge repair work will occur on I-90 eastbound from mile marker 0.8 to mile marker 3.0, utilizing lane closures, from Monday night, December 2, through Thursday night, December 5, ending Friday morning, December 6, from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Drivers traveling through these areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution. Appropriate signage and messaging will be in place to guide drivers through the work areas. All scheduled work is weather dependent and subject to change without notice.
