Mario Alejandro Arango, 36, of Falls Village, Conn.

Mario worked in maintenance at Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, Conn., and owned his own carpet cleaning and upholstery business, Carpet Masters.

Mario Alejandro Arango, 36, of Falls Village, Conn., died Tuesday June 7, 2016 at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Conn. Mario was born in Colombia on March 23, 1980, the son of Laura (Rua) Arango. Mario worked in maintenance at Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, Conn., and owned his own carpet cleaning and upholstery business, Carpet Masters. Mario brought happiness and unity to his family. Mario is survived by his mother, Laura (Rua) Arango of Colombia; one son, Jordan Arango, of Falls Village; one daughter, Tanya Arango, of Falls Village; and one sister, Claudia P. Arango, of Canaan, Conn.

Funeral services for Mario Alejandro Arango will be held on Monday, June 13, at 11:30 a.m. with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Valley Church in Sheffield with the Rev. Bruce N. Teague, pastor, officiating. Family will receive friends on Sunday, June 12, from 10 a.m. noon at the BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME, 33 South Street, Great Barrington, MA. 01230.
