Lorraine Irene Hitchcock, 88, of Sheffield

A brief service and eulogy reading was held in Sheffield at Center Cemetery on Monday, July 1 at 1 p.m. A celebration of Lorraine was announced at the service.

Lorraine Irene Hitchcock was born December 17, 1935, in New York state. She passed away peacefully in the early evening of Tuesday June 25, 2024. She was 88.

If you knew Lorraine, you know how kind and giving she was. If she knew you, then you were sure to be cared for.

Lorraine was married to Wallace C. Hitchcock Jr. of Sheffield, who passed in the fall of 2018. She leaves behind her children, Yvette (Jason) Ouellette, Margaret Beard, Joseph Thomas, Charles Thomas, Nadine Thomas, Daniel Thomas, and Kenny Thomas, as well as numerous grandchildren and relatives who remember her so fondly.
