Doreen Twiss, long-time BHRSD employee, receives state Administrative Assistant of the Year award

Berkshire Hills Regional School District Administrative Assistant Doreen Twiss received the state Administrative Assistant of the Year Award from the Massachusetts Association of School Committees for "demonstration of leadership, and commitment to students, staff, and community at the Berkshire Hills Regional School District."

Great Barrington — Berkshire Hills Regional School District Administrative Assistant Doreen Twiss has been awarded the state Administrative Assistant of the Year Award from the Massachusetts Association of School Committees.

Organization President Andrea Wadsworth presented the award to Twiss during the School District Committee’s meeting on Thursday, December 15. “This is for demonstration of leadership, and commitment to students, staff, and community at the Berkshire Hills Regional School District,” Wadsworth said. “We are so very proud of you.”

According to Wadsworth, Twiss has been working in the school district for more than 37 years.
