Leftover Turkey and Mashed Potato Samosas with Mango Chutney from the kitchen of Monica Bliss

Move over turkey sandwiches and tettrazinni!

New Lebanon— Move over, turkey sandwiches and tetrazzini! I found this recipe for Leftover Turkey and Mashed Potato Samosas with Mango Chutney in a grocery store publication, and I’ve been making it on the day after Thanksgiving ever since. It’s my favorite way to use Thanksgiving leftovers. It’s easy, different, and wonderfully delicious. You can use store bought chutney or make your own. Here is a link to my recipe, which I highly recommend using for this dish. You can use store-bought or homemade crust.
