Kristie Fay, 54, of Williamstown

She had a multitude of friends in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Florida, and was known for keeping in contact through thoughtful messages and gifts.

Kristie Fay, 54, of Williamstown died Friday, Oct. 12, from injuries sustained from an automobile accident that day. She was born Jan. 23, 1964, in Milford, Connecticut, the daughter of David and Lynne (Sheldon) Fay. She attended schools in Cheshire, Connecticut, later moving to Massachusetts.

In recent years, Kristie helped care for her parents at their home in Otis. After her father’s death, she continued to care for and enjoy activities with her mother, staying for extensive periods. Kristie loved being a grandmother and doted on Ayden, Brooke, Elly and Selle, happily arranging fun projects, outings and birthday events. She had a multitude of friends in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Florida, and was known for keeping in contact through thoughtful messages and gifts.

Besides her mother, Kristie leaves behind her daughter, Crystal (Xavier) Hernandez of Manchester, Connecticut; her son, Shawn Gauthier, of Easthampton, Connecticut; and four grandchildren. She will be missed by her sisters, Terri Fay and Wendy Fay Wegner of Otis as well as by many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, David Warren Fay, in 2017 and her brother, David Duane Fay, in 2001.

Roberta A. ‘Bobbie’ Nussbaum, 90, of Egremont

A funeral service for Roberta 'Bobbie' Nussbaum will be held Friday, May 16, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home, conducted by Rabbi Barbara Cohen. Burial will follow at Ahavath Sholom Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Francis Thomas Duke Jr., 82, of Lenox

The funeral for Mr. Francis T. Duke will be held on Friday, May 16, at 11 a.m., at Trinity Church in Lenox, with Rev. Michael Tuck officiating. Burial will be private in Corashire Cemetery in Monterey. There will be no calling hours.
