Kevin Maguire, 68, formerly of Lenox Dale

Mr. Maquire worked as a manager at Agway in Lee and was co-owner of Dale Town Toys.

Kevin E. Maquire, 68, formerly of Lenox Dale, died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, at Springside Nursing Home in Pittsfield.

Kevin was born Jan. 13, 1949, in Pittsfield to the late Thomas E. and Delrita Kretsch Maquire. He attended the former Lenox Dale Elementary School and was a 1967 graduate of Lenox High School. After high school, Kevin attended Berkshire Community College. Mr. Maquire worked as a manager at Agway in Lee and was co-owner of Dale Town Toys. Kevin was a communicant of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Lenox Dale and was a member of Apollo-King Solomon Lodge No. 0013 F. & A.M. in Troy, New York.

He leaves his siblings Claudia M. Gilbert (Wayne) of Dalton and Andrew P. Maguire (Doris) of Pittsfield; nieces and nephews Thomas L. Gilbert, Catherine D. Maguire, Andrew P. Maguire Jr., Delrita M. Gilbert and Jason C. Maguire; grandnephew Parker J. Maguire; and grandniece Anastasia L. Maguire. Besides his parents, Kevin is predeceased by his sister Mary Kaye Beasemyer; his brother Thomas J. Maguire; and his best friend, Charles Rennie.

A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mr. Kevin E. Maquire will be celebrated Thursday, Jan. 4, at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Church by the Rev. Monsignor John J. Bonzagni, pastor. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. Calling hours at the ROCHE FUNERAL HOME will be Wednesday, Jan. 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Team “Mixed Bag of Nuts” in care of Roche Funeral Home, 120 Main St., Lenox, MA 01240. Brian Reginald ‘B.O.’ Ovitt, 84, of Sheffield

A funeral service for Brian “B.O.” Ovitt will be held on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the Birches-Roy Funeral Home, with Pastor Regina King officiating. Family and friends are also invited to calling hours on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home.

Rosemarie Ann Hils, 89, of South Egremont

Per Rose’s wishes, her services will be private at a later date.

Clara Carolina Archambault, 97, of Lenox

Calling hours will be at the Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, on Monday, Feb. 16, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. There will be a brief celebration of her life at 11 a.m. the same day. Burial will be at the family’s convenience.
