With great sadness, we announce the passing of Josephine M. Jordano, of Pittsfield, who suddenly and unexpectedly left us on May 24, 2025, at the age of 62. She was born on February 15, 1963, in Elizabeth, N.J., to Elena Siconolfi and Frank Siconolfi, of Guardia Lombardi, Italy, and lived a life full of love and kindness.
Josephine “Josie” was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. She was a pillar of strength to all who knew her. Her positive and warm spirit touched the lives of many. Most of all, she absolutely loved spending time with her grandson Elliot.
Josie is survived by her husband Robert Jordano; daughter Justina (Jordano) Conroe (son-in-law Luke Conroe); grandson, Elliot Conroe; her mother Elena Siconolfi; brother Lorenzo Siconolfi Sr.; sister Linda Siconolfi; niece Jessica Siconolfi; nephew Lorenzo Siconolfi Jr.; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her beloved father Frank Siconolfi.

Funeral services for Josephine will be Monday, June 2, 2025, at 12 p.m., at the Dwyer-Wellington Funeral Home in Pittsfield, 220 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201. Burial will follow at Saint Ann’s Cemetery, Ore Bed Road, Lenox, MA. There will be an hour of visitation at the funeral home directly prior to the service, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., where Josephine’s family invites all her family and friends to gather and celebrate her beautiful life.
