Joe was a quiet polite man with a big heart who gathered close friends, including a man named Gandhi from India with whom he would speak weekly. He loved to golf and would join friends for that endeavor. Although Joe was reserved, he often had a good joke in his back pocket to share. He will be greatly missed.
