Jacqueline (Jackie) Costa, 55, of West Stockbridge

A graduate of Monument Mountain Regional High School and Massachusetts Bay Community College, she was employed at Out of Hand in Great Barrington.

Jacqueline (Jackie) Costa, 55, of West Stockbridge, Massachusetts died on Thursday, January 19, 2017 following a long illness.

Jackie was born in Great Barrington on January 4, 1962, the daughter of the late Anthony P. Costa, Sr. and Ann Baumann Costa of Division Street, Great Barrington. A graduate of Monument Mountain Regional High School and Massachusetts Bay Community College, she was employed at Out of Hand in Great Barrington.

Besides her mother, Jackie is survived by her seven brothers and sisters: Anthony P. Costa, Jr. of Maine, Terri Costa Everett of Worcester, Massachusetts, John Costa and his wife, Jane, of Great Barrington, James Costa of Newtown, Conn., Michelle (Mickie) Loubert and her husband Bruce of Housatonic, Mark Costa and his wife Diane of Housatonic, and Patti Costa of Great Barrington. Jackie is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Jackie’s wishes, there will be no calling hours and the service will be private. Following the private service, Jackie will be buried with her father, Tony, at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Great Barrington.

Jackie loved working out at Berkshire South Regional Community Center, running, and hiking. She also enjoyed spending time at the Mason and Ramsdell Libraries in Great Barrington and Housatonic. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jackie’s memory to either Berkshire South Regional Community Center or the Friends of the Great Barrington Libraries, care of the BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME, 33 South Street, Great Barrington, MA 01230. Roberta A. ‘Bobbie’ Nussbaum, 90, of Egremont

A funeral service for Roberta 'Bobbie' Nussbaum will be held Friday, May 16, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home, conducted by Rabbi Barbara Cohen. Burial will follow at Ahavath Sholom Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Francis Thomas Duke Jr., 82, of Lenox

The funeral for Mr. Francis T. Duke will be held on Friday, May 16, at 11 a.m., at Trinity Church in Lenox, with Rev. Michael Tuck officiating. Burial will be private in Corashire Cemetery in Monterey. There will be no calling hours.
