Great Barrington should disavow AIER ‘declaration’

It's beyond unfortunate that the crackpots at AIER -- an indifferent neighbor at best -- have chosen to grab the hard-earned goodwill our community enjoys.

To the editor:

The people of Great Barrington have nothing to do with this “declaration” and our Select Board has moved to disavow it. It’s beyond unfortunate that the crackpots at AIER — an indifferent neighbor at best — have chosen to grab the hard-earned goodwill our community enjoys. Better to call it The Division Street Declaration — their actual address.
