Great Barrington Main Street Construction Update

The Southern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce schedule of work, Monday, August 24 through Friday, August 28, on the Great Barrington Main Street Reconstruction Project. Next Dig 'n' Dine: August 27.
Week of Monday, August 24 – Friday, August 28, 2015

Great Barrington — Maxymillian will continue work August 24th, at 6 a.m. They will be setting curbing and continuing sidewalk work on the west & east side of Main Street, on the north side of the project. All businesses will have clear access during work hours.

Lapinski will continue with traffic light conduit work on east side of Main Street on the north end of the project at the Cottage Street intersection

Two-way traffic and access to businesses will be maintained at all times.  Police officers will be present at all locations to direct traffic and ensure traffic flows smoothly in all directions. 

Work hours are between 6 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. With the exception of completion of daily tasks and additional clean up of work areas, road conditions will return to normal after 3 p.m. each day.
