Gertrude Bock, 93, recently of Pittsfield and lifelong resident of Lenox

A graveside funeral service for Ms. Bock will be conducted on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Lenox with the Rev. Michael Tuck, Rector of Trinity Church in Lenox, officiating.

Gertrude Bock, 93, recently of Pittsfield and lifelong resident of Lenox, died Friday at the Landing at Laurel Lake. Born in Lenox on April 19, 1929, the daughter of George and Anna Bock, Gertrude attended Lenox schools and was a 1947 graduate of Lenox High School.

Gertrude was employed her entire career of over 40 years at Eastover Resort in Lenox in the housekeeping department, retiring in 2009. Throughout her life, she enjoyed shopping for and collecting antiques.

She has no immediate survivors.

A graveside funeral service for Ms. Bock will be conducted on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Lenox with the Rev. Michael Tuck, Rector of Trinity Church in Lenox, officiating.
