Gary Johnston for Stockbridge selectman

In his letter, Jack Spencer writes: “What Stockbridge needs now are stability and a focus on the present, with an eye to the future, not a rehashing of the past.”

To the Editor:

On Tuesday, September15th, there is an important election for Selectman in the town of Stockbridge. The town has been through an up and down period for the past years that only a neutral observer 10 years from now might figure out how and why it occurred.

What are needed now are stability and a focus on the present, with an eye to the future, not a rehashing of the past.

Gary Johnston offers the best chance to do this. He brings experience, local knowledge, and the ability to work with a variety of groups. He is the right person at the right time.

Support Gary by your vote on September 15.

Thank you to the Berkshire community for returning Marcy to her family

We are forever thankful. This letter is not enough to thank everyone who cared. We shook hands with volunteers in the woods whose names we never got or remember. Thank you now; you are not forgotten.
